JUUBXX is a subscription-based platform that provides curated deal alerts, profit calculators, and reselling tools. We aggregate publicly available pricing data from retail sources and present it in a format designed to help resellers identify profitable opportunities.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
4. No Guarantee of Profits
JUUBXX provides deal information and tools to assist with reselling decisions. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Deal prices, availability, and resale values fluctuate. You are solely responsible for your purchasing and reselling decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) use automated tools to scrape the Service; (c) redistribute deal data commercially; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, scoring algorithms, and platform design are the property of August Aisles LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, August Aisles LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits from reselling activities.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
